महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-296, verse-27

नियोगधर्मिणा चैव नियोगात्मा भवत्यपि ।
विमोक्षिणा विमोक्षश्च समेत्येह तथा भवेत् ॥२७॥
27. niyogadharmiṇā caiva niyogātmā bhavatyapi ,
vimokṣiṇā vimokṣaśca sametyeha tathā bhavet.
27. niyogadharmiṇā ca eva niyogātmā bhavati api |
vimokṣiṇā vimokṣaḥ ca sametya iha tathā bhavet
27. ca eva niyogadharmiṇā niyogātmā api bhavati
iha tathā vimokṣiṇā sametya ca vimokṣaḥ bhavet
27. And indeed, by the one whose intrinsic nature (dharma) is discipline, one's self (ātman) also becomes disciplined. Similarly, by uniting with a liberator here (in this world), true liberation (mokṣa) is attained.
