नानात्वैकत्वमेतावद्द्रष्टव्यं शास्त्रदृष्टिभिः ॥२१॥

21.
O sinless one (anagha), this (puruṣa) is indeed declared to you as both unawakened and awakening, and also as truly awakened, in accordance with the examples found in the scriptures (śruti). Thus, this duality of manifoldness and oneness should be understood by those with insight into the scriptures (śāstra).
