महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-292, verse-27

प्रकृतिः कुरुते देवी महाप्रलयमेव च ।
दिवसान्ते गुणानेतानभ्येत्यैकोऽवतिष्ठति ॥२७॥
27. prakṛtiḥ kurute devī mahāpralayameva ca ,
divasānte guṇānetānabhyetyaiko'vatiṣṭhati.

27. The divine nature (prakṛti) brings about the great dissolution. At the end of a cosmic day, having assimilated these qualities, the one (supreme being) remains.
