अदुष्टं वर्तमाने तु हृदयान्तरपूरुषे ।
तेनैव देवाः प्रीयन्ते सतां मार्गस्थितेन वै ॥३५॥

But when the inner person (puruṣa) dwells blamelessly within the heart, the gods are indeed pleased by that very one who is established on the path of the virtuous.
