mṛtyo,
yān patitān aśrubindūn ye purastāt pāṇibhyām dhāritāḥ (āsīt),

O Death, those teardrops which I saw falling, and which were formerly held by your hands—those very teardrops, appearing as terrible diseases, will torment humans at the appointed time.
