अपसृत्याप्रतिश्रुत्य प्रजासंहरणं तदा ।
त्वरमाणेव राजेन्द्र मृत्युर्धेनुकमभ्ययात् ॥१५॥

15. apasṛtyāpratiśrutya prajāsaṁharaṇaṁ tadā ,
tvaramāṇeva rājendra mṛtyurdhenukamabhyayāt.

15. rājendra! apasṛtya prajāsaṃharaṇam apratiśrutya,

15. Having retreated and not agreed to the destruction of beings, O best of kings, Death (mṛtyu), as if hurrying, then approached Dhenuka.
