महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-250, verse-27

अधर्मो नास्ति ते मृत्यो संयच्छेमाः प्रजाः शुभे ।
मया ह्युक्तं मृषा भद्रे भविता नेह किंचन ॥२७॥
27. adharmo nāsti te mṛtyo saṁyacchemāḥ prajāḥ śubhe ,
mayā hyuktaṁ mṛṣā bhadre bhavitā neha kiṁcana.
27. adharmaḥ na asti te mṛtyo saṃyaccha imāḥ prajāḥ śubhe
mayā hi uktam mṛṣā bhadre bhavitā na iha kiñcana
27. mṛtyo śubhe te adharmaḥ na asti.
imāḥ prajāḥ saṃyaccha.
bhadre hi mayā uktam iha kiñcana mṛṣā na bhavitā.
27. O Death (mṛtyo), there is no unrighteousness (adharma) for you. O auspicious one (śubhe), restrain these creatures. Indeed, O gracious one (bhadre), nothing I have said here will turn out false.
