योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-44, verse-6

स्वचित्तभूमौ पतितं ध्यानबीजं महाधिया ।
सेकैरमीभिर्यत्नेन संसेक्तव्यमखेदिना ॥ ६ ॥
