The rustic, unrighteous winds (grāmya-adhārmika-vāyavaḥ) blow (vānti), scattered with ash particles (bhasma-kaṇa-ākīrṇāḥ), decayed (jīrṇāḥ), amidst ruined dwellings (saṃśīrṇa-sadmasu), busily moving through grass, leaves, and forests (tṛṇa-parṇa-vana-vyagrāḥ).
