योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-94, verse-50

असत्ता वस्तुसत्ताया नावगच्छाम्यहं यथा ।
अहंत्ववेदनं चित्तबीजं समुपशाम्यति ॥ ५० ॥
asattā vastusattāyā nāvagacchāmyahaṃ yathā ,
ahaṃtvavedanaṃ cittabījaṃ samupaśāmyati 50
50. asattā vastusattāyāḥ na avagacchāmi aham
yathā ahantvavedanam cittabījam samupaśāmyati
50. yathā aham vastusattāyāḥ asattā na avagacchāmi
ahantvavedanam cittabījam samupaśāmyati
50. Just as I do not grasp the non-existence of the reality of things, similarly, the cognition of 'I'-ness (ahantvavedanam), which is the seed of the mind (citta), completely subsides.
