योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-77, verse-28

नोपेक्षते दुःखदशां न सुखाशामपेक्षते ।
कार्योदये नैति मुदं कार्यनाशे न खिद्यते ॥ २८ ॥
nopekṣate duḥkhadaśāṃ na sukhāśāmapekṣate ,
kāryodaye naiti mudaṃ kāryanāśe na khidyate 28
28. na upekṣate duḥkhadaśām na sukhāśām apekṣate
kāryaudaye na eti mudam kāryanāśe na khidyate

28. He neither disregards a state of suffering nor desires the hope of happiness. He experiences no joy at the success of an action, nor is he distressed by its failure.
