Having dismissed all those — the sky-dwellers, earth-dwellers, and underworld-dwellers, whose esteemed qualities were recognized by all — that noble-hearted one, in due order, returned to his hermitage (svagṛham) and performed the daily rituals proper for a Brahmin (dvija-jana).
