योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-53, verse-33

त्रयस्तस्या मतेर्देहा अधमोत्तममध्यमाः ।
तमःसत्त्वरजःसंज्ञाः कारणं जगतः स्थितेः ॥ ३३ ॥

tamaḥsattvarajaḥsaṃjñāḥ kāraṇaṃ jagataḥ sthiteḥ 33
