योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-111, verse-9

अरम्यं रम्यरूपेण भावयित्वा स्वसंविदा ।
मल्लेनेव शिशुश्चित्तमयत्नेनैव जीयते ॥ ९ ॥
aramyaṃ ramyarūpeṇa bhāvayitvā svasaṃvidā ,
malleneva śiśuścittamayatnenaiva jīyate 9

mallena iva śiśuḥ cittam ayatnena eva jīyate

9. When one perceives the unlovely as beautiful by one's own intrinsic understanding (saṃvid), the mind (citta) is conquered effortlessly, just as a child is [conquered] by a wrestler.
