योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-111, verse-2

स्वेनैव पौरुषेणाशु स्वसंवेदनरूपिणा ।
यत्नेन चित्तवेतालस्त्यक्त्वेष्टं वस्तु जीयते ॥ २ ॥
svenaiva pauruṣeṇāśu svasaṃvedanarūpiṇā ,
yatnena cittavetālastyaktveṣṭaṃ vastu jīyate 2
