मनोविलयमात्रेण विश्रान्तिरुपजायते ।
व्यायते हृदयाकाशे चिति चिच्चक्रधारया ॥ ३२ ॥

32. By the mere dissolution of the mind (manas), perfect peace (viśrānti) arises. It pervades the space of the heart (hṛdayākāśa), in consciousness (citi), through the flow of the wheel of awareness (citcakradhārā).
