योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-111, verse-7

सत्कर्मणि समाक्रान्तमुदर्कोदयदायिनि ।
स्वपौरुषेणैव मनश्चेतनेन नियोजयेत् ॥ ७ ॥
