योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-111, verse-19

भव भावनया युक्तो युक्तः परमया धिया ।
धारयात्मानमव्यग्रो ग्रस्तचित्तं ततः परम् ॥ १९ ॥
bhava bhāvanayā yukto yuktaḥ paramayā dhiyā ,
dhārayātmānamavyagro grastacittaṃ tataḥ param 19

19. Be engaged in contemplation, endowed with supreme intellect. Steadfastly hold your Self (ātman), and then, beyond the mind that has been brought under control, fix your attention on the supreme.
