अप्रीतयोः (aprītayoḥ) - for the displeased (couple) (of the displeased (two), for the displeased (two))
(adjective)
Genitive, masculine, dual of aprīta
aprīta - displeased, dissatisfied, not pleased
Past Passive Participle
From a (negation) + root prī (to please) + kta suffix.

Note: Could also be locative dual. Genitive makes more sense with prītikaraḥ for 'for them'.
प्रीतिकरः (prītikaraḥ) - creator of affection (maker of affection, causing pleasure)
(noun)
Nominative, masculine, singular of prītikara
prītikara - causing pleasure, producing affection, maker of joy

Root: prī (class 9) - kara – doer, maker, causing

Note: The 'o' in prītikaro is due to sandhi 'aḥ > o' before voiced consonants, but sā begins with 's' which is not a voiced consonant. This specific sandhi `aḥ > o` before `s` is unusual; some texts allow it, or it might be a textual variant/poetic license. I'm parsing it as `prītikaraḥ`.
