मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-72, verse-32

सर्वार्थशास्त्रतत्त्वज्ञो धर्मानुष्ठानतत्परः ।
मन्वन्तरेश्वरो धीमान् भविष्यति स वै मनुः ॥३२॥
32. sarvārthaśāstratattvajño dharmānuṣṭhānatatparaḥ .
manvantareśvaro dhīmān bhaviṣyati sa vai manuḥ.
32. sarvārthaśāstratattvajñaḥ dharmānuṣṭhānatatparaḥ
manvantareśvaraḥ dhīmān bhaviṣyati sa vai manuḥ
32. That wise one will indeed become Manu, being knowledgeable in the essence of all treatises concerning human aims, dedicated to the proper observance of his intrinsic nature (dharma), and the lord of a Manvantara.
