तेषां संमोहनार्थाय ज्जल्प च ततः स्फुटम् ॥३५॥

ānayāmāsa nāgendro gṛhaguptāṃ madālasām .
teṣāṃ saṃmohanārthāya jjalpa ca tataḥ sphuṭam.

Jaḍa said: "The lord of serpents brought Madālasā, who was protected in the house. Then, for the purpose of bewildering them, he spoke clearly."
