भूतैर्वियोगिनो योगस्तादृशैरेव तादृशः ।
कथमेतद्विना स्वप्नं मायां वा शम्बरोदिताम् ॥३१॥

bhūtairviyogino yogastādṛśaireva tādṛśaḥ .
kathametadvinā svapnaṃ māyāṃ vā śambaroditām.

aśvatara uvāca bhūtaiḥ viyoginaḥ yogaḥ tādṛśaiḥ eva

Aśvatara said: For those separated from their physical forms (bhūtas), how can such a reunion (yoga) with similar ones occur, except through a dream or an illusion (māyā) created by Śambara?
