महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-21, verse-17

गजान्गजप्रयन्तॄंश्च वैजयन्त्यायुधध्वजान् ।
सादिनोऽश्वांश्च पत्तींश्च शरैर्निन्ये यमक्षयम् ॥१७॥
17. gajāngajaprayantṝṁśca vaijayantyāyudhadhvajān ,
sādino'śvāṁśca pattīṁśca śarairninye yamakṣayam.

sādinaḥ aśvān ca pattīn ca śaraiḥ ninye yama-kṣayam

17. With his arrows, he dispatched to Yama's abode (yamakṣayam) the elephants, their drivers, those bearing victory banners, weapons, and flags, as well as the horsemen, their horses, and the foot soldiers.
