महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-15, verse-22

तेषां पञ्चाच्छिनत्पाण्ड्यः पञ्चभिर्निशितैः शरैः ।
चत्वारोऽभ्याहनन्वाहानाशु ते व्यसवोऽभवन् ॥२२॥
22. teṣāṁ pañcācchinatpāṇḍyaḥ pañcabhirniśitaiḥ śaraiḥ ,
catvāro'bhyāhananvāhānāśu te vyasavo'bhavan.
22. teṣām pañca acchinat pāṇḍyaḥ pañcabhiḥ niśitaiḥ śaraiḥ
catvāraḥ abhyāhanan vāhān āśu te vyasavaḥ abhavan

22. Pāṇḍya, with five sharp arrows, cut down five of his (opponent's) [arrows/weapons]. Four (of Pāṇḍya's arrows) struck the horses, and those (horses) immediately became lifeless.
