महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-28, verse-9

ततः प्राग्ज्योतिषः शक्तिं हेमदण्डामयस्मयीम् ।
व्यसृजद्वासुदेवाय द्विधा तामर्जुनोऽच्छिनत् ॥९॥
9. tataḥ prāgjyotiṣaḥ śaktiṁ hemadaṇḍāmayasmayīm ,
vyasṛjadvāsudevāya dvidhā tāmarjuno'cchinat.

9. Then the king of Prāgjyotiṣa (Bhagadatta) hurled a golden-shafted, iron spear (śakti) at Vāsudeva. Arjuna, however, cut that (spear) into two parts.
