महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-28, verse-35

वैरिणं युधि दुर्धर्षं भगदत्तं सुरद्विषम् ।
यथाहं जघ्निवान्पूर्वं हितार्थं नरकं तथा ॥३५॥
35. vairiṇaṁ yudhi durdharṣaṁ bhagadattaṁ suradviṣam ,
yathāhaṁ jaghnivānpūrvaṁ hitārthaṁ narakaṁ tathā.
35. vairiṇam yudhi durādharṣam bhagadattam sura-dviṣam
yathā aham jaghni-vān pūrvam hita-artham narakam tathā
35. yathā aham pūrvam hitārtham yudhi
durādharṣam sura-dviṣam narakam jaghni-vān
tathā [tvam] yudhi durādharṣam
sura-dviṣam vairiṇam bhagadattam [jahi]
35. Just as I formerly killed Naraka (Naraka) — an unassailable enemy of the gods (suradvṣa) in battle, for the sake of welfare (hitārtham) — so [you should kill] Bhagadatta (Bhagadatta), the enemy, unassailable in battle, and foe of the gods.
