महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-62, verse-39

द्वापरस्य युगस्यान्ते आदौ कलियुगस्य च ।
सात्वतं विधिमास्थाय गीतः संकर्षणेन यः ॥३९॥
39. dvāparasya yugasyānte ādau kaliyugasya ca ,
sātvataṁ vidhimāsthāya gītaḥ saṁkarṣaṇena yaḥ.

sātvatam vidhim āsthāya gītaḥ saṃkarṣaṇena yaḥ

39. This (method or teaching), which was proclaimed by Saṃkarṣaṇa, adopting the Sattvata tradition, at the end of the Dvapara age (yuga) and the beginning of the Kali age (yuga).
