महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-62, verse-31

मन्ये त्वां राक्षसं क्रूरं तथा चासि तमोवृतः ।
यस्माद्द्विषसि गोविन्दं पाण्डवं च धनंजयम् ।
नरनारायणौ देवौ नान्यो द्विष्याद्धि मानवः ॥३१॥
31. manye tvāṁ rākṣasaṁ krūraṁ tathā cāsi tamovṛtaḥ ,
yasmāddviṣasi govindaṁ pāṇḍavaṁ ca dhanaṁjayam ,
naranārāyaṇau devau nānyo dviṣyāddhi mānavaḥ.
31. manye tvām rākṣasam krūram tathā ca
asi tamaḥvṛtaḥ yasmāt dviṣasi govindam
pāṇḍavam ca dhanañjayam naranārāyaṇau
devau na anyaḥ dviṣyāt hi mānavaḥ

tamaḥvṛtaḥ asi yasmāt govindam ca
pāṇḍavam dhanañjayam dviṣasi hi anyaḥ
mānavaḥ naranārāyaṇau devau na dviṣyāt
31. I consider you a cruel demon, and you are indeed enveloped in ignorance (tamas). This is because you hate Govinda (Kṛṣṇa) and Arjuna, the Pāṇḍava. Truly, no other human being would hate these two deities, Nara and Nārāyaṇa.
