And whoever, being extremely dull-witted (su-manda-dhīḥ), out of disrespect (avajñānāt) says, "He (ayam) is merely a human (mānuṣa-mātraḥ)," referring to Hṛṣīkeśa, people call that person the lowest of men (puruṣādhamam).
