महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-4, chapter-15, verse-1

कीचक उवाच ।
स्वागतं ते सुकेशान्ते सुव्युष्टा रजनी मम ।
स्वामिनी त्वमनुप्राप्ता प्रकुरुष्व मम प्रियम् ॥१॥
1. kīcaka uvāca ,
svāgataṁ te sukeśānte suvyuṣṭā rajanī mama ,
svāminī tvamanuprāptā prakuruṣva mama priyam.

1. Kichaka said: "Welcome, O beautiful-haired woman! My night has been truly auspicious. You have come as my mistress; please grant my wish."
