महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-42, verse-35

ततोऽब्रवीद्देवराजः पार्थमक्लिष्टकारिणम् ।
सान्त्वयञ्श्लक्ष्णया वाचा मेघदुन्दुभिनिस्वनः ॥३५॥
35. tato'bravīddevarājaḥ pārthamakliṣṭakāriṇam ,
sāntvayañślakṣṇayā vācā meghadundubhinisvanaḥ.
35. tataḥ abravīt devarājaḥ pārtham akliṣṭakāriṇam

35. Then Indra, the king of the gods, whose voice resembled the roar of thunder and a war-drum, spoke to Pārtha (Arjuna), the tireless performer of deeds, comforting him with gentle words.
