महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-48, verse-36

अयुतं त्रीणि पद्मानि गजारोहाः ससादिनः ।
रथानामर्बुदं चापि पादाता बहवस्तथा ॥३६॥
36. ayutaṁ trīṇi padmāni gajārohāḥ sasādinaḥ ,
rathānāmarbudaṁ cāpi pādātā bahavastathā.

rathānām arbudam ca api pādātāḥ bahavaḥ tathā
36. There were ten thousand and three billion elephant riders along with horsemen, and also one hundred million chariots, and similarly many foot soldiers.
