महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-2, chapter-48, verse-34

उच्चावचानुपग्राहान्राजभिः प्रहितान्बहून् ।
शत्रूणां पश्यतो दुःखान्मुमूर्षा मेऽद्य जायते ॥३४॥

34. uccāvacānupagrāhānrājabhiḥ prahitānbahūn ,
śatrūṇāṁ paśyato duḥkhānmumūrṣā me'dya jāyate.

34. As I see these numerous and diverse tributes sent by kings, a desire to die (mumūrṣā) arises in me today, born of the distress of observing our enemies.

34. אני רואה את המתנות הרבות מכל סוג, גבוהות ונמוכות, שהמלכים שלחו לאויבַי, ומרוב צער מתעוררת בי היום משאלה למות.
