दुर्योधन उवाच ।
दायं तु तस्मै विविधं शृणु मे गदतोऽनघ ।
यज्ञार्थं राजभिर्दत्तं महान्तं धनसंचयम् ॥१॥

Duryodhana said: O sinless one (anagha), listen to me as I relate the various gifts, a great accumulation of wealth, given by kings to him for the purpose of the Vedic ritual (yajña).
