महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-91, verse-3

उद्धृत्य तु वपां तस्य यथाशास्त्रं द्विजर्षभाः ।
श्रपयामासुरव्यग्राः शास्त्रवद्भरतर्षभ ॥३॥
3. uddhṛtya tu vapāṁ tasya yathāśāstraṁ dvijarṣabhāḥ ,
śrapayāmāsuravyagrāḥ śāstravadbharatarṣabha.

3. O best of the Bharatas, the foremost among the twice-born priests, unhurriedly and precisely according to the scriptures, extracted the omentum from it and cooked it ritually.
