महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-314, verse-8

शक्तिर्न्यस्ता क्षितितले त्रैलोक्यमवमन्य वै ।
यत्रोवाच जगत्स्कन्दः क्षिपन्वाक्यमिदं तदा ॥८॥

8. His divine power (śakti) was cast upon the earth, scorning the three worlds (trailokya). It was there that Skanda, the lord of the universe, then spoke these words, hurling them forth.
