महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-314, verse-30

एवमध्यापयञ्शिष्यान्व्यासः पुत्रं च वीर्यवान् ।
उवास हिमवत्पृष्ठे पाराशर्यो महामुनिः ॥३०॥
30. evamadhyāpayañśiṣyānvyāsaḥ putraṁ ca vīryavān ,
uvāsa himavatpṛṣṭhe pārāśaryo mahāmuniḥ.

30. वीर्यवान् महामुनिः पाराशर्यः व्यासः एवम्

30. Thus, the powerful (vīryavān) great sage (mahāmuni), Vyasa, son of Parashara (pārāśarya), lived on the slopes of the Himalayas, teaching his disciples and his son.
