6. pakṣirājo garutmāṁśca yaṁ nityamadhigacchati ,

The king of birds, Garutmān (Garuda), always reaches this place. And the four guardians of the world (lokapālas), along with the gods and groups of sages, always assemble there for the welfare of the world.
