वसिष्ठ उवाच ।
देवश्रेष्ठोऽसि देवेन्द्र सुरारिविनिबर्हण ।
त्रैलोक्यबलसंयुक्तः कस्माच्छक्र विषीदसि ॥२२॥
22. vasiṣṭha uvāca ,
devaśreṣṭho'si devendra surārivinibarhaṇa ,
trailokyabalasaṁyuktaḥ kasmācchakra viṣīdasi.

22. Vasiṣṭha said: "You are the foremost among the gods, O king of the gods, O annihilator of the gods' enemies! Endowed with the strength of the three worlds, why do you feel despair, O Śakra?"
