महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-200, verse-42

नैते कृतयुगे तात चरन्ति पृथिवीमिमाम् ।
त्रेताप्रभृति वर्तन्ते ते जना भरतर्षभ ॥४२॥
42. naite kṛtayuge tāta caranti pṛthivīmimām ,
tretāprabhṛti vartante te janā bharatarṣabha.
42. na ete kṛtayuge tāta caranti pṛthivīm imām |
tretā-prabhṛti vartante te janāḥ bharatarṣabha
42. tāta bharatarṣabha ete janāḥ kṛtayuge imām
pṛthivīm na caranti te tretā-prabhṛti vartante
42. O dear one, these people do not roam this earth during the Kṛta age. O best among Bharatas, those people manifest from the Tretā age onwards.
