महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-200, verse-38

एष भूतपतिस्तात स्वध्यक्षश्च प्रकीर्तितः ।
निरध्यक्षांस्तु कौन्तेय कीर्तयिष्यामि तानपि ॥३८॥
38. eṣa bhūtapatistāta svadhyakṣaśca prakīrtitaḥ ,
niradhyakṣāṁstu kaunteya kīrtayiṣyāmi tānapi.

kaunteya tu tān niradhyakṣān api kīrtayiṣyāmi
38. This lord of creatures (bhūtapati), dear son, is said to be self-governing. But, O Kaunteya, I will also enumerate those who are without a ruler.
