राजा राष्ट्रं यथापत्सु द्रव्यौघैः परिरक्षति ।
राष्ट्रेण राजा व्यसने परिरक्ष्यस्तथा भवेत् ॥३१॥

31. Just as a king protects the state from calamities with abundant resources, so too should the king be protected by the state in times of adversity.
