महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-65, verse-27

मेनकोवाच ।
महातेजाः स भगवान्सदैव च महातपाः ।
कोपनश्च तथा ह्येनं जानाति भगवानपि ॥२७॥
27. menakovāca ,
mahātejāḥ sa bhagavānsadaiva ca mahātapāḥ ,
kopanaśca tathā hyenaṁ jānāti bhagavānapi.
27. menakā uvāca mahātejāḥ saḥ bhagavān sadā eva ca
mahātapāḥ kopanaḥ ca tathā hi enam jānāti bhagavān api
27. Menaka said: 'That venerable one possesses great energy and is always a great ascetic. He is also very wrathful, and indeed, even you, my lord (Indra), know him to be so.'
