योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-29, verse-75

केवलो व्यवहारस्थः काष्ठमौनगतोऽथ वा ।
काष्ठपाषाणवत्तिष्ठन्ब्रह्मतामधिगच्छति ॥ ७५ ॥
kevalo vyavahārasthaḥ kāṣṭhamaunagato'tha vā ,
kāṣṭhapāṣāṇavattiṣṭhanbrahmatāmadhigacchati 75

kāṣṭhapāṣāṇavat tiṣṭhan brahmatām adhigacchati

75. Whether one is simply engaged in worldly affairs, or has attained the profound silence of a log, remaining like a piece of wood or a stone, he attains the state of Brahman (brahman).
