समग्रकरणग्रामोऽप्यसंकल्पो विवेदनः ।

68. śāntadhīḥ asaṅkalpaḥ vivedanaḥ samagra-karaṇa-grāmaḥ
api antaḥ bāhye ca kiñcit api na anubhavati

68. One whose intellect (dhī) is tranquil (śānta), who is free from mental formations (asaṅkalpa), and who is discerning (vivedin), experiences nothing at all, either internally or externally, even though the entire collection of their senses (karaṇagrāma) might be present.
