समागमेषु कान्तानामुत्सवेषूदयेषु च ।
आनन्दं भज सौम्यात्मा वासनाक्रान्तमूढवत् ॥ ५ ॥

5. O gentle-souled one (ātman), in unions with beloved ones, in festivals, and in auspicious beginnings, experience joy as if you were a deluded person overwhelmed by latent impressions (vāsanā).
