पुनः प्रसरणोन्मुक्तमन्तःसुप्तं मनः कुरु ।

18. Make your mind (manas) inwardly dormant, freed from its outward expansion. While performing all actions (karma), remain without mental modifications, like a tortoise withdrawing its limbs.
