योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-169, verse-2

यस्य न स्फुरति प्रज्ञा चिद्व्योमन्यचलस्थितेः ।
प्रसृतेष्विव भोगेषु स मुक्त इति कथ्यते ॥ २ ॥
