चूडालोवाच ।
यथा बालः पितुर्वाक्यं मुक्तहेतूपपादनम् ।
आदत्ते हि तथैव त्वं गृहाणैतद्वचो मम ॥ ४४ ॥
यथा बालः पितुर्वाक्यं मुक्तहेतूपपादनम् ।
आदत्ते हि तथैव त्वं गृहाणैतद्वचो मम ॥ ४४ ॥

yathā bālaḥ piturvākyaṃ muktahetūpapādanam ,
ādatte hi tathaiva tvaṃ gṛhāṇaitadvaco mama 44

Cūḍālā said: Just as a child indeed accepts the word of its father, which guides towards liberation (mokṣa) without needing reasons, so too should you accept this word of mine.
