योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-115, verse-18

उदासीनः कर्तृतां च कर्माकर्माचरंश्च यः ।
समं यात्यन्तरत्यन्तं महाकर्ता स उच्यते ॥ १८ ॥
udāsīnaḥ kartṛtāṃ ca karmākarmācaraṃśca yaḥ ,
samaṃ yātyantaratyantaṃ mahākartā sa ucyate 18
18. udāsīnaḥ kartṛtām ca karma-akarma-ācaran ca yaḥ
samam yāti antaram atyantam mahākartā saḥ ucyate
18. yaḥ udāsīnaḥ kartṛtām ca karma-akarma-ācaran ca
antaram atyantam samam yāti saḥ mahākartā ucyate
18. He who is indifferent (udāsīna) to agency (kartṛtā), and performs both action (karma) and non-action (akarma), completely treating the distinction between them as equal, is called the great doer.
